If you purchase a in-stock wig or topper you should receive your wig within 3-7 days after it has shipped. You will be updated with your tracking number as soon as it’s on it’s way.Ready to ship wigs are shipped the same day or the next business day. Custom-made wigs are finished within 2-3 weeks and then shipped express.
International express shipping costs $65 CDN.
Domestic express shipping costs $25 CDN.

Nada's Hair Boutique specializes in female hair loss, such as Alopecia and Medical Hair Loss due to cancer and medications. Nada aims to provide authentic wigs and hair pieces that are very realistic looking and comfortable to help women feel like themselves again after experiencing hair loss.
After Androgenic alopecia caused most of her hair to thin at only 16, she discovered alternative hair. However, finding wigs and toppers that looked good and were affordable were nearly impossible. The right wig or topper has the potential to help restore confidence!
Along her journey Nada has also discovered how many women worldwide were suffering from this terrible hair loss epidemic and made it her mission to help other women suffering with hair loss to feel beautiful and confident again.
Nada works closely with her clients when customizing their new wig or hair topper, great attention to detail and really listening to her clients needs and struggles with hair loss. She is always looking for new ways to improve and give her customers a great experience when purchasing.
We want you to love your new hairpiece! If for whatever reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, you have a 3-day grace period to initiate a return or exchange.
Our policy lasts 3 business days. If 3 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not include non-business days (Saturday and Sunday). All returns must be shipped back with the tracking number.
If you wish to return your hair piece, please e-mail us at nadashairboutique@gmail.com, and we will get back to you with the shipping address. Email us a tracking number to nadashairboutique@gmail.com, within 3 working days. If we do not receive a tracking number on a third working day, it will have to be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
